Looks that the hotel was not ready yet, front desk staff took ages for check in and check out, in some floors there was only crazy hot water and in other only cold, breakfast was quité crazy, coffee was ready but no cups, pool water smelled a lot of chlorine

Building site
I am sure one day this hotel will be nice but during our stay it was a building site. Their website looks great but that is all a lie, my pictures attached will explain. We felt sorry for the staff as they had to work in these conditions. Only the top floors were ready but we had to move rooms as the aircon in the room didn’t work properly. I can’t believe the greediness of the owners by opening before the hotel is finished. The fire alarms still had the dust caps on them everywhere, see picture. I think that is illegal.

Súper complicada Mal el trato hacia uno mucho mala información hacia el cliente sobre el consumo de la barra y comida , el servicio súper lento hacia las habitaciones en llevar la comida y haciendo cargos extras a las tarjetas de crédito sin tener explicaciones.

El hotel aun esta en construccion, por lo cual pueden haber ruidos y algunos detalles de decoracion no estan listos.tuve problemas con la ducha y no fue resuelto el tema.

Llegamos y fuimos recibidos con mucho calor humano. EL personal de recepción a pesar de estar complicados por l cntidad de personas que hacian su check.in se mostraban muy amables. Habitaciones limpias y agradables. Iria nuevamente

En el chekinn hubo un destrato total, no nos acompañaron a la habitación ni llevaron las valijas, en la recepción hacía muchísimo frío, ponen el aire acondicionado a 17°, la persona que me atendió me arrugó las hojas de mí pasaporte. Nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía a la reserva, no andaban los teléfonos, la temperatura era de 16° mucho frío, la caja de seguridad no estaba habilitada, no tenía cortinas black out, el televisor no andaba, no nos resolvieron todos estos inconvenientes, recién nos pasaron de habitación el último día que estuvimos alojados, a las 9 de la noche. En la última habitación, la que nos correspondía, no había perchero, faltaban espacios de apoyo, los baños no tenian toallero. Hemos reclamado al gerente por escrito para un resarcimiento pero no tuvimos respuesta.

El hotel NO está listo. Se nota que aún están terminando de poner los detalles. El personal muy amable pero les falta experiencia. El Check in y Check Out demoró demasiado por ello. No tenían ganchos para colgar la ropa aún puestos en los armarios. Creo no estaban listos para inaugurar.

Muy mal esto, no deberían permitir que una construcción en este estado preste servicio de hoteleria. La dotación de las habitaciones es precaria, el parqueo es un antro, trabajadores y desaseo por doquier... Hasta el desayuno es malo!!
