Overall the stay was nice but the front desk person is never around. You could stand there for an hour and not see her. No one was around for breakfast either. The room was nice but very noisy all night.
Great Hotel - renovated John Deere facility. Very clean room. Offered a free grab and go breakfast sack. Only knock I'd give it is very limited channels on the TV.
The hotel is top notch. Very classy and modern while keeping the architectural style of the factory that was once there
The room was vlean and very nice. The service was excellent. They went above and beyond!
The gal checking was not friendly and u need to get a bar or something back downstairs
Very disappointed with staff and booking process. Appartently because of booking through expedia cost me group discount that i should of gotten. I will make sure with everything I have to never use the expedia website or book through them again. Absolute terrible customer service, extremely disappointing.
The night check-in agent was very friendly. The room itself has nice furnishings, but they were quite dusty. Not a huge deal, but I don’t like finding stray hairs within the bed sheets. Main issue was waiting 15 minutes for the front desk agent to show up the next morning to check out (different person from previous night). She wasn’t very friendly and wasn’t wearing a mask despite being the one to brew the coffee and provide the fruit and a sign 2 feet away stating masks are mandatory and the fact th
Neck big king room. Great location
It’s a fairly new hotel but it seems like it was thrown together. The first adjoining room we had was nice however the king size bed was broken in one of the rooms. The hotel did move us to another set of adjoining rooms however we found a live roach in that room after coming back from our event. Spoke with the hotel staff about it but I have yet to hear back about compensation.
The overall condition of the hotel is very good. Love the old architecture. I was disappointed the pool wasn't open due to Covid-19. The front desk acted like they didn't really want to be there as was a bit perturbed when questions were asked. My room was marginally clean. I had to wipe off surfaces that still had crumbs, water marks, sticky stuff and such from previous guests. The towels and sheets and shower were very clean. Didn't seem that they took care to vacuum and wipe down surfaces diligently. However, I think they were short house keeping people. Maybe in a non-Covid-19 time they would be cleaner which seems counter intuitive.
