Incredible salt hotel. Beautiful pool. Friendly, professional staff. Amazing welcome drink. I wasn’t a big fan of the buffet dinner, it was pretty average and I found the price expensive. The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous. I loved the sheets and room Devore and electric blankets and hoooooooot shower. I’d recommend staying here!

We liked everything about the Palacio! Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was good and plentiful. The rooms were clean and stylish. Our shower did leak a bit. The spa was small but elegant. An additional charge of USD8 was made to use the steam or the sauna which we felt should be included.

the hotel was amazing as same ascths staff, incredible service. The only downsize was the showers. at least the one in my room was very small, my elbow kept hitting the the plastic door or other areas of thd shower, every time I turned. I am a regular size petson: height 5.8 and weight 156.
