Nice lodge with a few minor issues
When we arrived they didn't have any knowledge of our booking, even though we'd already paid. Eventually they found our booking but the room we booked wasn't available for the first night so we were downgraded for the first night. We pushed and they offered us free dinner to compensate.
The standard room is quite small and doesn't have a mosquito net. The executive room is much bigger and has a mosquito net.
The beds are clean but some parts of the room could be cleaned, i.e. cobwebs in the corners.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but we arrived at 7.30 and they still hadn't finished setting up. There was an even longer wait for dinner.
The staff were very friendly and the rest of the resort was really nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. There was also a little park for children.
