Pros: Incredibly comforting! This hotel was in a great location, the staff was incredibly helpful (minus parts of checkin), the food was incredible for an AI, the pool and beach were nice, the rooms were perfect! Housekeeping staff and bar staff were incredible! I forget all of their names but they were ALL incredible and service-oriented!!! Overall, the staff here (minus the one girl at checkin) were the best of the best!!! Cons: The elevators were a bit slow and one of them wouldn’t go to the 7th floor, parking was limited but they made an accommodation for overflow, the checkin was a bit confusing - Rudy was great but the person who processed our room (Silvia?) checkin was slow, didn’t communicate well, and was slightly rude. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!!
The location and the view from The room the best, the food on the buffets was To poor
Staff was very helpful and accommodating, service was prompt and they kept our room nice and clean.
Everything was clean. The food good. The rooms was beautiful and the view amazing
It was an okay hotel. Not everything looks like the pictures that are provided. Elevator definitely needs some work. Food wasn’t the best but service was great!
The room was in good conditions, and very very clean. I think that they should fix a few things in the building which were affected maybe by the hurricane season including the pool. However, they do their best with what they have, and the service is good. Unfortunately, I went in a windy time and the weather was bad. The service was good and the food as well.
The property just looked run down. I can tell people don’t really clean the pools because they were muggy and kind of disgusting. The room we stayed in reaked of cigarette smoke. I’m pregnant so we had to literally change our flights to the earliest time possible the next day Just to get out of there. They charge for every little fee. The all inclusive restaurants were disappointing. For what this place costs, you can go down the street and get a nice room with all inclusive option for about the same price. Truly a terrible experience and we are just so sad we spent money here.
Great service and personnel. Outdoor and pool areas could use a makeover. Food good, but not great, with a somewhat limited variety. There were some standout dishes....salmon and tiriamasu in the Mediterranean restaurant were excellent. Additional activities would be nice. Enjoyed my stay.
I didn’t like the food, the mini fridge had no alcohol in it. They weren’t taking the right preventions with the virus I seen better at other resorts.Only thing I love was the ocean view room and room service was fast and not bad.
We had to be evacuated due to hurricane and was promised a refund for the second night that we never got.
