Not to luxurious as it looks.
On the outside it looked wonderfully luxurious but look a bit further and not very functional. So much done on a covid budget, especially tea and coffee making, just normal el-cheapo coffee granuals and long life milk. The saving grace wastgebayhroom with a lovely shower and crabtree & Evelyn soap, shapoo etc. Room not services by 4 in the afternoon and they usedcovid as an excuse but wgen your paying luxury prices you expect a bit of service.

Level 1 sux!
Great location and staff. Breakfast just a pass. We were on Level 1 and the noise was awful. Could not sleep. Music and traffic. Wrecked our stay.
