Large single family home in upper Warriors Mark offers expansive
layout and plenty of room for multiple families or a large group.
Enjoy a private outdoor hot tub after a day on the trails and a cook a
meal for a king with top-of-the-line appliances in the gourmet
kitchen! The home has a main level living area with a wood fireplace
and TV, and upper level sitting area perfect for relaxing and or
reading, and a lower level game area with a TV, wood fireplace, pool
table, foosball table, and pub seating. There is a large 2-car garage
with a second refrigerator.

This home has 8 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed with
a porch, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a
twin with a trundle. The third bedroom features a queen bed and 4 twin
beds with a shared bath. The fourth bedroom features a king bed with a
vanity, electric fireplace, TV and ensuite bath. The fifth bedroom
features a double bed with a twin bed, TV and a shared bath. The sixth
bedroom features a queen with a twin and trundle. The seventh bedroom
is a king master suite with a ensuite bath. The eight bedroom features
a queen bed, twin bed and a shared bath.

GETTING AROUND:
Getting Around: Upper Warriors Mark winter shuttle offered by HOA.
Runs daily in winter (approximately Dec-March). Pickup at corner of
Gold King Way and White Cloud. Takes guests at the Marriott (base of
Peak 9) and the Ice Rink for transfer to other bases. The Ski Shuttle
is subject to availability during the ski season and cannot be
guaranteed by . No refunds or compensation of any kind will be
provided by if the HOA-provided shuttle is not running, late, the
guest has a bad experience or the shuttle is canceled.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All Breckenridge properties come stocked with a
basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue,
hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher
detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional
products locally). Each home is equipped with
high-end bed linens and
towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware,
dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking in
Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere
to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need
additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided
by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at
the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and
trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or
AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all
surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars
that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months
due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information
about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running
through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and
Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires
vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow
or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other
traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the
correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car
company if you are planning to rent.
