    Love this hotel!

This hotel was so beautiful, in a great spot. Would’ve been even better if all the restaurants were open, but love the look of the hotel. The front staff were so amazing and sweet and helpful. They have such nice clear instructions and information for navigating our stay during a Covid lockdown. Everything was clean and felt very safe.

    Downtown Toronto Vibes

Very nicely appointed overall. I was a fan of the central controled labelled lightswitches and lighting in general was nice. Tiling and faucets in washroom were a highlight. Was not a fan of the fake brick wall paper. Overall a great hotel. Our door did not work after we came home past midnight so we had to have the kind attendant charge the tap before we could enter our room. Minor inconvenience. Good stay overall! My fiance loved it. Thanks guys.

The room is great but the service is quite limited. You basically get no service nor any help from the hotel. You have to carry your own bag (no valet), pick up your own food (even for room service) no bottle water provide. Basically, all they provide is the room and the statement “Due to COVID-19 predation, we can’t...” and you have to do it all. The weird thing is they still charge you for hotel fee and service fee... idk about this hotel.

    Awesome as always..

As always the stay is amazing and well worth the small inconvenience of the lock down.

    TV issue

For some reason, the TV screen brightness is super low. The TV ended up turned off and had to use our mobile device for streaming media online.

great, but no access to netflix on the TV

Me and my boyfriend loved staying at the anndore house. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely decor! I’ve never seen any hotel like it. However, my only complaint is that there is no way to access Netflix on the TV!! :( There were cable channels but who even watches cable anymore? There was a way to screen mirror the TV if you had an android but me and my boyfriend both have iphones, so that was completely useless. I would looooove staying at Anndore House 10000x better if there was a way to access Netflix on the TV!!

The Anndore House, was really nice, has a unique style, and staff are helpful. We went during COVID and it was very clean, their restaurant was closed but offered meals to your room. Great Location for people coming from out of town, close to the subway, Yonge St., Downtown, and Yorkville.
