Immediate area is nice
The area was really nice and was close to a transport and some nice local spots like ropongi hills.

Great stay but area was lacking
The first cabin chain has been excellent for a good place to stay. The Nishi Azabu Location was no exception. The area around Roppongi was a bit odd though considering it is supposed to be an area that has more foreign tourists but every thing was closing by 10pm.

Great stay
Great hotel, comfortable and the capsules were very spacious. The basic business class capsule was more than sufficient and the staff provided new amenities (pajamas, toothbrush, etc) each day. There was the option to have bedsheets changed daily or not depending on whether you left the do not disturb card out when leaving. No alarms allowed in the cabin rooms, which made me nervous in terms of making my flight but didn't end up being an issue. Visitors are given a key card and a key, the key card cannot be taken outside of the building and must be returned/retrieved at the front desk daily. Not close to the subway but only a 10min walk to Roppongi Hills, ~30-45min walk to Shibuya/Shinjuku.

Stay at other Tokyo locations over this one
This was my first capsule hotel in my Japan trip and I chose it because it was the only First Cabin with a 'first class' cabin in Tokyo when I booked. While the larger cabin is more convenient it is still noisy. This was by far the worst First Cabin I stayed at both for noise from the clientele coming and going all through the night, indifferent service and basic bath facility. I suspect this may be true of a lot of places in Tokyo though. The main issue I have with this hotel was its somewhat inconvenient location. On a map it looked great being situated between Roppongi and Shibuya but in reality it is quite difficult to get around. To get to most places in Tokyo (or day trips to Kamakura, Yokohama, Hakone, Nikko etc) you would need to walk 20-30 minutes to either Roppongi station or Shibuya/Ebisu Stations and then transfer trains. You are much better staying closer to one of the bigger hubs such is Tokyo/Ueno area or Shibuya/Shinjuku. That being said I have still given this place a decent rating because it is extremely cheap and on a budget it is still a comfortable place to rest your head.

10/10, would 150% stay again!!
First Cabin was a delightful experience through and through! I super enjoyed coming back to soak in the hot bath after a long day and the business class cabin was spacious and delightful. Its' location was absolutely perfect. At the intersection of several bus stops going multiple directions and a short walk to the nearest Tokyo metro station. Additionally, there were multiple konbini (convenience) stores nearby so it was super easy to pop out to grab an ice cream! The staff was extremely hospitable and was able to hold my bags before and after check-in/out. They also helped a great deal when I couldn't figure out how to get my clothes out of their washer/dryer, which is also super convenient. Other guests were pretty quiet and respectful, which was a welcome change. I would love to stay again!!
