    I made a reservation with a harbour harbour view and a queen size bed. The bed was smaller than a queen and I had a room with a city view. When I asked about it they said the bed was European measurements and said my reservation was for a city view. They upgraded me and the room wasn't much better. The A/C didnt seem to be working(the room was really hot) so I asked to go back to the original room or another. They declined saying the (upgraded room, which I paid extra for) would have to be cleaned. Not a comfortable stay and not very professional. I wont be back!

    Great hotel. Took almost an hour to get a room with non feather pillows. Had to wait in the lobby. Sent me to the bar for a drink but there was nowhere to sit due to social distancing.

    Nice hotel, too minimal

    We were disappointed with the lack of microwave (though we could go downstairs in the lobby and use the communal microwave during a global pandemic), and the lack or a bar fridge (first hotel ever that I stayed in that didn't have one) and the beverages that I brought got warm, an ice machine would have even done it. Sad that there was no room service as we came to get away for a stay in night. Please consider getting netflix too, glad I brought my computer so we could watch it on that.

    We left and went elsewhere.

    Hotel was clean and beautiful however the rooms were very small which ive gotta way bigger for the same price bracket. Also if you drive a light light duty pickup you cant fit into their parking garage and will be charged for permit for oversize parking in a creepy location. Also during my stay i was given my oversize parking permit and later that evening when i went to park there was no spots avaiable and i was left to find parking on my own in another location and walk to the hotel. The shower in my room didnt seem to stay on for some reason (i had to turn it back on every minute) and i couldnt get it to maintain a temperature, it kept fluxating between hot and cold. We ended up checking out early and checking into a different hotel.

    The property is lovely. Super friendly and informative staff. The hotel is spotless with strict Covid-19 regulations in place. A super comfortable stay during these unprecedented times. Will definitely stay again soon. Love the indoor parking.
