Very Nice
Was really surprised by this place. Stopped off on a Sunday on way to an early finish further South. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Room was in good condition and of a decent standard. Had food with them and it was great. The menu had lots that looked good.

Good 6.0
The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was great. My only problem was that the tv and kettle were both broken which are minor niggles but worth mentioning.

Delightful hotel that exceeded our expectations.
A wonderful gem of a place with lots of character and exemplary service. Excellent value for money. Lots of extra little touches to make our stay comfortable.

Ideal spot
Lovely little hideaway just off the M56. Had a nice night away with my other half as he was passing through on his way to the airport early doors and didn't want to stay at the local airport hotels, so this was a nice romantic change. Lovely room and nice quiet spot. Recommend!

Great evening alittle understaffed
We had a great evening the food was very good. Only issuse was i proposed to my girlfriend on the night i had asked for some help as to make it memorable but they never mentioned anything to me that they could do. Also we booked a table to eat at 8 in the evening which they gave away to another couple and left us waiting and then gave us a table right next to the bar instead of a more romantic sitting. With no real appologie. Apart from this our stay was very good and we did have a great evening. There was a young lad on the bar which worked extra hard and was great fun to talk to and would like to say thanks Joal for your efforts in making our evening very enjoyable.

We will be back!
The Partridge is a friendly little country pub with rooms at the rear. Having said that it isn't noisy but pleasantly busy. The room was excellent: comfortable bed, lovely selection of teas and coffees, bottled water; the best towels we have seen in a hotel; decoration was in keeping with the style of the environment... with stunning rafters in the room we were staying. The food has to be the best I have tried in such a setting: the chef who prepared the vegetarian evening meals and the chef who prepared breakfast both made the simplest of dishes just delicious! My hat off to both and we know our food! The staff were fantastic throughout and extremely helpful!

Highly recommended
Very impressed by this place. The hotel was conveniently situated close to the motorway but was in clam countryside surroundings. The property is very impressive and I was greeted with a very warm welcome. The room was generously proportioned and was well furnished with a comfortable bed and nice shower room. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend

Fabulous
We stayed for one night, B&B. Got a lovely room, quite big with a fab wet room/bathroom, very clean and modern, fresh coffee in the room and bottled water. The bed was comfortable and king sized. We had a very tasty evening meal, the staff were very busy but attended to our requests as soon as they could. Good variety of food on the menu at a reasonable price. Breakfast was gorgeous, lots of choice on the menu and lovely fresh coffee We were visiting family who live in the area, hence staying here, and we would definitely stay here again
