Very close to Terminal 21 shopping mall.. easy to move around the places, BTS and Metro nearby

No WiFi neither in lobby nor in room at the first day. Breakfast service can't meet the hotel stars at all, no sign at bread/jelly table which may cause allergy problem when someone eats wrong.... Air-condition dripping directly at a table/plate when customers were having breakfast..... Even the hotel has great location not far from Terminal 21, I won't choose it next time.

Staff are very welcoming. They greeted us everytime we come back. The check in process was quick. The room looked exactly the same as in the booking website. However, when the temperature of the a.c. was high, the room became very damp. And the cleanliness is just above the pass line. If you are a group of 3 or 4, i would recommend this hotel which the room is huge and acceptable walking distance to the bts.

Location is definitely very convenient with walking distance to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Even though it’s a newer hotel, cleanliness is not very well kept. Basin is stained, bathroom has black mold stains too which is a big turn off. There was one day I opt to have room make-up in the morning when we left the hotel, when we returned in the evening, there are two men still arranging the bed with broom and dustpan at the side. I thought vacuum should be used instead and didn’t expect them to make-up room in the evening. Ants were crawling around in the room too. Pillows are very deflated. I do expect more from a 4 stars hotel.
