Overall a good little hotel for the price
Location is just perfect for a stay in Bardolino, only takes a couple of minutes to walk to all of the shops and restaurants on the lakeside. Staff were all wonderful too. Only things to note would be that the rooms are quite small but we spent very little time in the room itself so it wasn’t a huge problem, and the road outside is fairly noisy, as well as being able to hear any corridor noise easily too so perhaps not great for light sleepers.

Schöner kleinr Besuch in Bardolino
Es war sehr schön in Bardolino! In letzer Minute hatten wir noch das Hotel Santa Maria buchen können. Wir waren schon vor ein paar Jahren einmal hier. Na ja, es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch... aber der nette Service und Sonia an der Rezeption glich eigentlich alles aus! Und genau das zählt in Corona Zeiten!!!

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war okay, recht einfach aber dafür wirklich in Ordnung. Abends war es etwas lauter aber das liegt auch an den alten Türen und Fenstern teilweise. Ich habe trotzdem gut schlafen können und mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotel leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Ausstattung nicht sehr hochwertig. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage macht dies aber wieder wett. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück.
