Average
Pros: The bed was super comfortable. Room was pretty clean. Room service was fairly quick. Sound proofing was either really good or there were not many people in the hotel due to COVID Cons: 1. I had to go all the way back to my house and get my Passport as my Emirates ID had expired (government announced extended validity till 2021). I had used the same ID in a 5 star hotel with no problems 1 week prior to this. 2. Unfortunately they could not accommodate a second person midway through the trip (I was solo initially) despite other hotels accommodating the same with no issues. 3. Food was below average from room service. 4. The room seemed to smell of cigarette smoke despite all rooms being non-smoking rooms.

calm and ambient, attentive service, although room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly (crumbs by the kettle werent cleaned up at all during entire stay, kleenex/vanity kits not replenished) the cleaners were pleasant and responsive to requests. Food quality through room service or at restaurant is not great, and descriptions on menu are misleading so dont expect to get exactly what you ordered, but you will get a variation of it ('saffron rice' is tasteless and colored yellow with food coloring.. 'half chicken' is a breast sliced into 4 pieces, eggs with beetroot labneh means the labneh is not actually there to eat but a smidgen of it is painted onto the plate for color - not enough for a bite)... I could go on about my disappointments about food. The beds were fine... firm. Pillows could be fluffier. The water pressure in the shower is good. Overall pleasant property where nobody bothers you and its quiet and comfortable enough. Good value for money.
