Pretty looking property, friendly staff and only a small walk to the town centre. But room had no mini fridge to store drinks and they need softer towels.

Stayed at this place for two nights and it was great! I love the room, cold and cozy altho I hope there is a tub that I can soak myself in but shower is good as well. Food is amazing, feels like "lutong bahay", love it! The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Crisologo street just walking distance. Can hear the noise in the hallway but not that bad. Overall had a great stay and definitely going back there again and will recommend the place!

absolutely perfect! kahit kasama ko yung 2 dog ko hustle free lahat dahil sa ciudad fernandina. pet friendly sila and super bait ng mga staff. super linis ng hotel at super lapit sa action ng vigan.

Updated hotel grounds is well kept. I did have issues with WiFi in my room and around the grounds, but thankfully I had bought my own pocket WiFi. I appreciate that they have a laundry service and can call in a manicurist/pedicurist in your room. I stayed in second floor where many guests smoked on the veranda. Would be great to have that door closed off so that the cigarette smoke is not in the hallways. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place again as it is close to Calle Crisologo.

Nice location, lovely hotel and friendly staff
Had a nice stay. The room is just fit for 2 persons, it's very clean and has a very comfy bed. Would need a bit of bathroom improvement coz the shower area's drain was so slow it floods a little. They served good breakfast. Location is literally only a few steps from Calle Crisologo. Such a lovely hotel overall.

not enough space to move around and the air condition blows straight towards our head and body. Breakfast is Ok. Disappointed that the basic room doesn't have an electric kettle, we paid $50.00 per night and it should come with electric kettle. Staff is OK. Room is OK too.

Restaurant a bit hit and miss but otherwise the hotel is a delight. Great location and the rooms very nice. Suggest paying a bit more and booking the Junior Suite which is not really a suite but being very little more is a just a bigger room. So called Deluxe Rooms are nice but very small. Would definately go back.

The hotel is nicely located in old quarter and very convenient for sightseeing. However the room did not have WiFi (it was only available in common area) and also cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. (Dark stain on the towel, hair on the floor/bathroom and feces of gecko on walls and closet... ) The hotel staff was nice.
