Friendly welcome with welcome drink, all staff really friendly, especially the those around the pool. Really lovely and comfortable room, with view over the pool and partial sea. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Awesome breakfast many items to choose from. Staff is great. Grounds and pool area is wonderful. There is a multitude of restaurants within easy walking distance. Property is right on the beach. The bar and pool staff could do a better job of going around and asking if you want a drink or food. If you sit in the chairs next to the beach the street vendors are very obnoxious, perhaps the hotel could help with that. As caution while in Sri Lanka watch out for the stray dogs they will sneak up behind you and bite you.
