Revisited the hotel after a year as I was quite satisfied during my previous trip. There was a mess up with my reservation so I had to wait for a while until they solved the issue. Breakfast is above average. It is a good option if you need to travel in the centre. Murat YILDIZ

AMAZING!!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very safe and had a friendly atmosphere which was very welcoming. Will be staying here again if I visit Mersin.

Nice stay
The stay was mostly pleasant. Although staff are very polite and helpful, I only found 1 person that spoke English. Although this is okay, the description for the hotel says they do speak english, so this was a big surprise to me. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

otelin konumu oldukça kötü.sabah kahvaltısı zayıftı. standart odalarında banyolarının odanın içinde buzlu camala ayrılması insanı oldukça rahatsız ediyor. neyseki görevli arkadaşlar kapalı banya ve wc bulunan bir odaya geçiş sağladılar.
