Checking the address, we could easily locate the hotel. At reception, when given my name, the staff immediately found the info and checked us in. The whole process took about 5 minutes because we were given a early check-in. The room was incredible, everything was so clean and well put together. The tv is big but it's not a smart tv so bring your own chromecast if you want to watch youtube.
The wifi, should you need one, is strong and covered throughout the hotel. The bathroom (my room does not have an actual bath) is accessed sliding a door to the left. This looks great but if you're doing your thing, the people outside can hear it pretty well, so take that into consideration. The air-conditioner is quite weak but it could just be the incredibly unforgiving weather of Nha Trang in the summer.
There's a pool at the roof which is nothing to rave about. There is a morning buffet (included) and the food is surprisingly decent. However, after the third day, you will want something else. The staff was courteous and always smile when they saw us. We asked them for a place to do the mud bath and was given a discount coupon.
Lastly, if you land at the airport, take the bus to the hotel, it's only about 3 dollars. Don't use the airport shuttle from the hotel which will cost as much as 12 dollars. The trip from the hotel to the airport is the same, use the private bus, don't use the airport shuttle from the hotel.
