Horrible experience!!! Don't waste your money
Late check in service is horrible!! We had requested so many times of late checkin instructions but we didn't receive any email! we had called hotel but NO one pickup the phone! at last minute of arrival we had to contact hotel.com to find out how to get in the hotel and we were told that there was a security guard helped us get in BUT when we arrived at midnight no one was there! Six of us were almost sleeping on street!!..... we booked three rooms three families for two nights, and during our stay, the evening was so loud that the noise from the street. After we checked out, we found that we left two jackets in the closet and sent message immediately even provided room #. And No further answers from front desk!!

Excellent serivce, and they held our baggage as we arrived earlier than check-in. Very spacious room and very comfortable bed, however there was limited counter space in the bathroom but that was managable. Perfect location and the unique code entry was very convenient and secure access to the buidling and room. Really good communication as well via whatsapp to allow us to check in early and to advise us when the room was ready. Complimentary coffee in the room also goes a long way!

Pleasant stay in Seville.
The hotel was very well located. It had a very small lobby, but the room itself was very nice. There were two night tables but no desk. There was however a kitchenet with microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker.

do not disturb please
Hotel is very modern, clean, perfect location. It would have been a 10 if the cleaning staff didn’t wake me up TWICE during my stay… one at 9AM!!! Mistake could have been easily avoided if they provided do not disturb signs. That really ruined my stay honestly, which is a shame since I really like the hotel.
