Detalhes que importam

O hotel é agradavel no geral, peca em pequenos detalhes. Exemplo: cama para a terceira pessoa do quarto é um sofa dobravel, toalhas de banho bem asperas, não havia reposicao diaria de saquinhos de cha que tinham no primeiro dia. Mas para mim o pior mesmo foi que disseram que fariam um agrado pela viagem ser de comemoração do aniversario das minhas filhas e nada foi feito.
