LOCATION – Park Avenue Loft is located in the heart of Breckenridge.
All the attractions of Main Street are just a short 1/2 block walk,
and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the base of Peak 9 are right across
the street. The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you
want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed
towards your destination.

AMENITIES – This sophisticated 2-story condo has been completely
remodeled with the finest quality finishes. Highlights include wine
cooler, professionally decorated, gas fireplace, and stunning views
from every room. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of an
on-site exercise room, ski storage, hot tub and secure heated
underground parking garage. Please note: Resort and Common Area
