The swimming pool and hot tub is perfect with the excellent backdrop view of the mountains. The hotel atmosphere and ambiance is perfect too with great decor, furnitures and lots of comfortable sitting area all around the property. Customer service is excellent with friendly staff from the reception to the dining restaurant.

I have stayed here a number of times since its opening! I'm always in awe of the decor and cleanness of the hotel/pool/restaurant. The Coffee is amazing in the little coffee shop. The restaurant menu has change over time but still offers a great assortment and the cauliflower appie is worth going for in itself . The view from the hot tub/pool area is breath taking and so relaxing. Worth a stop forsure.. The town of Canmore is a short beautiful walk to all the the local cafe's/shops and art galleries.

This was our second stay and enjoyed our time. It’s a beautiful hotel and we love the proximity to Main Street. One frustration was our room was outside the pool and it could be quite loud first thing in the morning.

The property is in a good location. The parking underground is very tight between the cars making it really difficult to get out luggage etc. We parked on the street the rest of the time.
