Bliss Dhigurah

It's a nice guesthouse very close to the beach, the personal service (organising excursions, pick up, whatever we asked for) was great. The food was very delicious and the presentation of food was impressive too.

fter researching about the Maldives for over a month, we have decided to travel to Dhigurah mainly because it has a beautiful beach and good reefs. When I booked our trip, Bliss Dhigurah had just opened and it did not have many reviews. I would usually choose places that have many reviews but they convinced me with their photos on their instagram account (@blissdhigurah). When we arrived to Bliss, we were greeted by the personnel, offered fresh coconut water, and showed our rooms. The hotel is new and has 3 floors: on the ground floor there is the reception, the restaurant, Hermits (the best restaurant on the island... check my review for Hermits), a gym, and a corner for kids. On the first and second floor there are the rooms and on the rooftop, two jaccuzzis, longchairs, eating area, and an area for relaxation. It is perfectly located and has direct access to the BIKINI beach (less than 100 meter away). The guesthouse offers different excursions and activities. We did the house reef snorkeling, the snorkeling with the manta rays and whale shark (we got super lucky to see two whale sharks), the snorkeling safari with a stop on a sand bank, and sunset fishing (a bbq was prepared for us the next evening). The staff at Bliss is simply amazing! They made our vacation unforgettable. I strongly recommend this Guesthouse!

One of the best places to stay in Dhigurah, a great choice of meal in the restaurant, great possibility for activities - diving, snorkeling trips, water ski, etc. We felt us like in good 5 stars resort or even better. The staff was excellent. Near the hotel is a well-equipped beach with hammocks and sunbeds. But just one thing - limited, but very fast internet connection via the mobile network. You gen 2240 MB for 1 devise (2 codes for 2 devices) for 1 week. Extra - you need to pay 10 USD for each 5 GB, so, probably better to buy 17G for 30 USD in the airport (or 34 GB for 50 USD) or even more bandwidth. The price will be almost the same, but you can connect everywhere on the Maldives via the fast 4G network.

Nous avons passé 11 nuits dans cet hôtel. L’équipe est formidable, accueillante et bienveillante. Sympathique et conciliant je vous recommande Bliss hôtel. Merci à toute l’équipe et surtout à Simona, Buphi et Tim pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme

Der Aufenthalt im Bliss war außergewöhnlich durch die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, besonders durch Buphi und Watchi, ebenso an den hervorragenden Koch. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich und ist absolut das Beste auf der Insel. Ebenfalls ist zu erwähnen, dass angebotene Schnorcheltouren gut organisiert mit geschulten Guides durchgeführt werden. Nach 12 Tagen fällt einem der Abschied sehr schwer. Vielen Dank an das Management Herrn Mobish, Johanna und Harry

Le Bliss Hotel est situé sur une île habitée aux Maldives, ce qui permet de pouvoir découvrir la culture locale, et de mixer avec des plages inouïes juste à quelques mètres de l’hotel. Cette île n’est ouverte aux étrangers que depuis 2010 et est en cours de développement, preuve en est les nombreux travaux notamment aux alentours de l’hôtel. Le rapport qualité / prix semble tout à fait correct, le restaurant est excellent.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. It’s been very nice to relax and enjoy there. Hotel is a clean and all staff are very kind. Food at the hotel was awesome! We had enjoyed daily breakfast plate with fresh juice and brewed coffee. The beach is beautiful and clam. Not many tourists and no local people come to sell some items. So relaxing under the sun. End of the island, called sand bank, should go there. There are some local restaurants and cafe. We also enjoyed local food and tea time there. But no brewed coffee at the local restaurants. Fresh juice is tasty. Love to come back again.

Sehr schöner Strand, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen. Mein Tipp: fischen gehen!
