Exceptional 10.0
Exceptional place, highly recommend.
Despite the name, this place exceeded expectations. The service by the staff was top-notch and the check-in check-out process was very frills-free with the use of a machine at the reception desk. The room was spacious. The rooms even have a LG styler within which can be used to straighten your clothes automatically. I think this will be a good place for a business trip stay. Location was near 2 stations on different lines which made it really accessible. The huge TV screen is a plus as well.

Poor 2.0
Bad Robot
Check in was horrible and not what I thought it would be. There is people working and robots. The people did my check in. Would not let me use the robots. Scanned my passport 4 times. Which freaked me out. Made me nervous. The bed was very uncomfortable. My back and body hurt in the morning. No toiletries in the room. Also was under the impression. There would be a little robot in my room. He is just in the lobby. I would never recommend this place

Very Good 8.0
The hotel was ok. We expected a bit more “robot”s but otherwise it was a typical hotel stay. I did find the clothes steamer very interesting.

Exceptional 10.0
Nice place
Nice hotel near the outer fish market, and about a 30 minute walk from the new market. The robot receptionists are pretty cool.

Good 6.0
Not bad, but a little overrated
It was a slightly different experience, but the hotel is a little dated and many robotic figures were not activated anymore and required human interaction which was a letdown, and made not too much difference from a normal hotel. More effort to make it a total robotic experience could have been done, as my friend who stayed when it first opened was much better. Location wise, it’s much closer to Tsujiki market rather than Ginza. Would I stay here again ? No.
