2/10 Poor

Do not stay here
Do not stay here. None of this will come as a surprise to the hotel staff - Detroit was lovely with the exception of every interaction with The Siren Hotel. The staff is undertrained and therefore extremely rude. No fridge, closet or robes in the room. Valet parking averaged 30 minutes to get your car and you can’t call down to start the process. When I went to the front desk and said that I thought I was in the wrong room because it wasn’t 300 sq as listed, they said “oh yeah it’s 220. We round up” I could go on with no amenities, broken wifi and no preferred treatment in the bar as a guest. We did have great experiences at the Shinola Hotel and will stay there next trip.

Great historic hotel with a wonderful location
Stayed over night for birthday party dinner and drinks with friends. Had dinner at Wright and Co. within walking distance and drinks in hotel at candy bar. Service was excellent. Drinks were fantastic. We loved the historic and unique ambiance of the hotel. Definitely recommend. Great location to stay to checkout Detroit area.

6/10 Good

Won’t book again
Our rooms air conditioner didn’t work. We called around 8 P.M and maintenance came. He said the issue would be fixed, but it wasn’t fixed. The air was set to 60 from the maintenance guy, but would never get under 76. After about 3 more phone calls they finally moved us around 12:30 A.M to a new room. While waiting on the air to be fixed, etc. we didn’t get to enjoy our stay one bit. We didn’t even make it downstairs.

Great Location!
Super convenient location to sports arenas, which was my destination. Was a single traveler and chose the studio. Small, yet comfortable for a short stay.
