    Nice location, great apartment but bad smell

    Property location amazing. Tram right out the door. Great size. Only issue we had was the apartment had a terrible smell. Even after airing out the apartment it just stunk. Everything else was great!

    Overall it's a reasonable property. However, the 2 bedroom unit isn't equipped well to accomodate for 2+ guests. The capboards have no shelfing where you can store your gear. The rooms are too small and have extremely limited space. Facilities are clean and highly recommend The photos of the property is and are extremely deciving. Not at all a true reflection of view, size accessibility. Most annoying thing was the Hot Water system. Everytime someone has a showere (on the same floor) you could hear the whinning noise of the pump. This was really the turn off. At 6 am, someone would have a shower and I'd have to suffer the noise.

    Excellent apartment on the city fringe. Beautiful view of the river and great building amenities. It is in close proximity to local transport and a quick walk to DFO and all the riverside cafes/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

    The property was fair overall. They only give you one set of keys so in order to use the elevator you need these keys so if your partner wants to do something and your doing another thing one of you won’t get back into room without whoever has the keys. No one came around to offer any new towels or clean the room which isn’t ideal but can live with, I’ve stayed elsewhere in Melbourne before and the maids have always come around every second to three days and also when you you pay $1000 to stay there you don’t expect them to charge you a “luggage fee” to hold your bags for a couple of hours on the last day while you wait for your flight. I don’t mind a luggage fee of your going to put the bags in a safe place for lockup but just to be left at the front door where anyone could walk in and grab them and run out pretty poor

    I was not aware of the $500 deposit payable on the night until after I had booked the room. And the deposit is still not refunded 10 days after the stay. The room was very small, particularly the bathroom, and the bed was uncomfortable. I will never stay here again.

    This spacious apartment is well laid out and is appointed in a contemporary style. The kitchen and laundry amenities are current models and are more than sufficient for a families needs. The two bedrooms are a decent size one with an en-suite bathroom the other with an adjoining bathroom, both were modern, well maintained and clean. The stand-out feature of this apartment however is the spectacular, panoramic view of the Yarra river, lovely by day, gorgeous by night. The view can also be admired from the apartments two balconies accessible via each bedroom or either end of the living space.
