Love Göreme
The hotel was our base in cappadocia. Hot was near the Göreme main shopping and dining street. Only 1 steep hill, which is great considering Göreme is built in a hill. Breakfast was good. Quite an experience sleeping in pitch black of a cave! We loved Göreme, authentic Turkish food and hospitality. Highly highly recommended

Our stay at Elegance was great from start to the beginning. Denniz and the team made a lot of good recommendations, and even tried as hard to get us a Ballon ride despite the bad weather.

We did not like the fact that the owner of the hotel Mr. Deniz was not honest with us, where he promised to provide sandwiches as a breakfast at the same day of our check out from hotel because our check out was 7 am however the breakfast was at 8 am. Actually Mr.Deniz did not show up during the check out and no body provided the sandwiches as promiced. Also should mention that the fridge was not working and no one cared to replace it or repare it despite our complain. Another important comment related to the cleanliness where the covers of pillows and mattresses had not been changed during our whole 3 nights stay.
