Cons: overall, the place looked clean but the 1st room (penthouse) had roaches so they moved me into another room 1 level down. In this room, there were tiny little ants on the bed. Also, everything closes at 10 so if you're hungry after that, you need to wait til morning. Safe was not mounted so if I put something valuable in there, someone can just walk off with it. Lastly, I could tell that the room design was not done by a woman because there was no magnified mirror and very little lighting in the bathroom where the wall mounted mirror is... Pros: gym facility was great; massage service was spectacular; breakfast buffet was good;

Pay a bit more and stay at the Marriott
Hotel is old and worn. Sleep was only possible when the noise from the KTV lounge ceased, which was after 1 am. Breakfast was ok, but limited in choice. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Great hotel for family and friends! It is walking distance to the capitol, Shopwise, Iloilo Supermart and to SM mall. There is a bank and drugstore nearby as well. We spent Dinagyan weekend and nearby roads were closed but it was quite close to the activities! We were able to watch one of the judging areas from our hotel window (we stayed in the West Wing). The facilities are also excellent, great pool and gym! The food is very good and kid friendly. The restaurants around the hotel are also excellent! Lastly, the staff are all so kind and friendly, one the best staff service so far. Highly recommend this hotel! :)

The hotel is good but possibly due to being busy woth dinygang the staff were busy. Our room wasn't cleaned and they said we had declined cleaning which we hadn't so we dropped our towels to housekeeping at 9pm, then at checkout they asked us where the hand towels were., they were also asking another customer where her coaster from under her glass was. The pool you only get 2 adults 2 kids per room. We have 3 kids oldest 4 years so we had to pay for our 1 year old to swim. You need to sign in and get a wrist band to swim. Then u can't leave the pool area with the towels. Great location for the city.

Like: The hotel is in the center of everything, this part is good. Don't like: They charged us a fortune for their cheap bedrunner upon checked out. We don't take it. Lots of good stuff in the U S. why take this ugly one.
