Poor receptionist and Internet services.
Room is pretty standard. For a 4 star hotel, it's over rated as there are not much facilities available like international standard restaurants, good sized swimming pool etc. Receptionist was very solemn and does not respond congenially to questions. If fact, she seems oblivious to questions posed like she's deaf (but there is no sign / badge to evince that) Worst part was the free Internet in the rooms. They give you a voucher for user name and password for 3 devices. First day we managed to log on for 2 devices. After that 1 device then 3rd day, cannot log on at all. We complained to front desk and they sent someone, then for about 15 minutes we can log on. After that, back to square one. So we have no choice but to use our own mobile data. Very poor Internet services as if they control the access.
