Good location but overall stay was disappointing
Hotel location is great, very close to Town Hall. Parking was pretty straightforward. Overall stay left much to be desired - room was tired and had a funky smell, balcony looked straight into an office building so no CBD views, layout of the apartment meant you were either freezing or boiling, no point watching tv as it was on the other side of the living room and squashed into the corner and the location of the room was next to the cupboards where housekeeping kept their things so there was continual banging of doors. Would be fine if you just needed to eat and sleep somewhere but anything beyond that, don’t bother.

Nice and spacious apartment
Very good indeed. Good location, spacious apartment and nice services. Only had two deficiencies: (i) two lifts were not good enough to support the demands of guests and service personnel, I do not know why the third lift was kept closed and cannot be used; (ii) cleanliness of oven and coffee maker were very bad, I had to wash them over and over before daring to use them.
