Great apartment. Location is OUTSTANDING!!! Giovanni is amazing to deal with. The apartment is well laid out, and well stocked. Very well decorated. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Only issue is there's no door between the bedroom and the living room..

The location and layout of this property was ideal for our family of 5. Less than 5 minute walk to the Ottaviano station, 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. The owner, Giovanni, was fantastic. We began texting several weeks before our trip and he helped us schedule transportation, identify best dinner locations open over the Christmas, etc. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We loved it, the property was beautiful, clean, close to the metro, close to the Vatican, the manager GB was helpful and so nice. And the price, amazing. We stayed five girls in the two beds suite, two bathrooms, and open sofa in the living room. We cooked our breakfasts in the kitchen every morning, and bought all our groceries in the fantastic market nearby. We had so much fun and enjoyed every minute in this hotel.

Great place, thanks to everyone there.
My first time in Rome. We booked Deluxe one bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean,fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable bed. Loved the mixed of new & old decor. Location of this place is everything as described and more, super convenient. You can walk to just about all the attractions and we did. Lots of restaurants, shopping and bakeries nearby. Metro station (line A : Ottaviano) is just a short walk away. If you coming from FCO airport,take the train to Rome termini (Rome central station), then switch to metro Line A towards Batitstini, get off at Ottaviano. Both Federico and Giovanni Battista were wonderful, from the moment we booked. They were warm, friendly, respectful, helpful and kind. I busted a wheel on my suitcase, not only they found a repair shop, they got it replaced for me! Unbelievable genuinely nice! Will definitely stay here, if we are in Rome again.
