Reservation name was in English and Robot could not pick the registered name in English. Had to rely on support staff.

Exceptional 10.0
A very clean and comfortable hotel close to the metro station including breakfast which was an added bonus. For us, it was a great location for exploring Tokyo. The shuttle to Disney was also very convenient. The staff was helpful and very polite. We absolutely loved our stay and the dinosaurs in the reception area added to the fun!

Clean snd fun
Close to the metro station, very clean and nice and quiet. The dinosaurs are there to check you in, no other robots are there. Would stay again.

Really Really Glad we stayed here
The Hotel is in a really nice Location called Nishi-Kasai, quiet enough to not feel like huge busy a city, but with loads of eating places and pharmacies and convenience stores around, it feels like a really nice area of Tokyo with a station only a short walk away. We used this hotel to do Disney and also all of Tokyo as they have a free shuttle bus to take you to Disney parks, and it’s only a few stops away from some great attractions in Tokyo. The Room is small, very small, don’t expect anything huge, but what I will say is that everything in the small room was a great quality, huge TV, Robot that does your ironing, robot toilet, really nice powerful shower and bath, fridge, safe, and the most important and most useful thing, a ‘Handy’ it’s a free phone you can use whilst you’re there that gives you unlimited internet, very very useful. If I went back to Tokyo again I don’t think I’d stay anywhere different unless I had a lot more money to burn. For the price you pay for it it’s actually a really good hotel, and it’s run by two Robot dinosaurs... I mean that’s just the icing on the cake
