Very mediocre
There were no amenities, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer. Towels were hand sized and the refrigerator had been left off. The apartment smelled musty and there was no air circulation or HVAC. Principle bedroom is above the garage entrance so you hear when people enter/leave the garage.

Modern Apartments Right on the Beach....
The property is made up of high quality contemporary apartments, tastefully decorated. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Free wifi with decent speed. Great location in Cannes, right on the beach and just a 5 minute walk to some nice cafe bars & restaurants. There is street parking but it can be expensive. Noticed some free parking on the beach front just a 1 minute walk away, however this was full most of the time - So need to get it there fast.

Horrible Service - Great Location
We were very disappointed at the level of service provided. This is a bare minimum accommodation. I wanted so much to leave a positive review but I need to be truthful in hope it will help improve someone elses experience. It was a complete mystery as to what the cleaning fee of 110.00 covers. No toilet paper, no paper towels, etc. Our apartments floor was so dirty it made our feet and Socks literally black, the bathroom door was broken and if not careful you would get locked in, the toilet seat was broken, there was an ant infestation, and the WiFi was so so so slow it was almost useless to connect to the network. I texted Ms. Perez our Contact for the apartment 2x concerning the apartments disrepair and received no response. The lady that checked us in was more concerned we understood all the fine print of extra charges we could incur if we didn’t leave the place clean (again why did we pay 110.00 as a cleaning fee? For us to clean on arrival and departure) she was also very unfriendly. As for the location... Fantastic! it’s directly across from the beach and a short walk into the center of Cannes. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea. Within a block you have a good selection of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream.

Good value, great location and views.
The location was perfect! The overall two bedroom condo was very nice and modern style. The person who supports your check in and stay was very kind and attentive to our needs. I will say I did not appreciate having to pay a pricey fee for cleaning service and also the bathrooms had strong odor but overall a good stay I would recommend.

We were there for 10 days in July 2018. We are a family of four, two adults and two little children. We all slept comfortably in this place. The apartment is new and all appliances are new and high quality. It’s sparkling clean. The balcony was a plus. Every morning we go to the next door bakery to get fresh baguette and croissants. After breakfast we cross the street and we are at a beautiful beach. The location of the place and the place itself were perfect.

Modern apartment, extremely close to beach.
I would recommend this apartment for families with older children (due to the steep staircase) and couples looking to visit Cannes. The bakery next door is convenient and you are a short 10 minute walk from the marina. There are numerous restaurants alongside the beach on your walk towards the marina, and there is a local convenience store, just 10 minutes away from the apartment. I would suggest that anyone staying here ensures they know how to operate the sofa bed and door before you are left to your own devices. Ended up costing me over €30 in phone calls to get things resolved!

Makes you really feel like you're on vacation
Great location at the edge of the older section of town, opposite to a very nice stretch of sandy beach, perfect for a relaxing swim. Steps away from everything and with a delicious bakery next door. A 10' walk along the sea gets you to the harbor and the buzz of the town. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. Parkin was expensive and difficult due to narrow, walled stalls. The common areas were sometimes neglected, and the wifi was appallingly slow and unreliable. The Boulevard is noisy but the place is peaceful when the windows are closed, and the AC is efficient and quiet. Although not always the best place to relax with the street noise on the other side of a wall of flowery bushes, the terrace was large and sunny. Finally, we enjoyed a very responsive and accommodating service.
