You pay a hotel for a place to sleep but while we were there a faulty fire alarm with an apparent known history of causing a problem went off at 3am. Somehow it had not been fixed yet. Additionally, not all exits seemed fire safe (all guests were trapped behind a sliding door that we couldn't open for a bit) and the fire department didn't actually come when the fire alarm was "pulled" and ringing for a while. Everything else was fine, but I'd recommending fixing that faulty alarm issue and looking at fire safety.

What an adorable and unique hotel! This small hotel is located super close to the train station, yet is very quiet. It's in a residential neighborhood far enough away from the bars and restaurants to be peaceful, yet close enough to walk to everything in town. The hotel is artfully decorated, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the shared spaces in the hotel are great. Highly recommend.

Location was convenient for public transportation. But the room was very cramped, with barely enough room to open suitcases which had to be placed on the floor because there were no racks for luggage. There was virtually no closet or shelf space, only a few small cubicles to place anything. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. Breakfasts that were available for an extra charge were tasty.
