This is a great idea for a hotel; art gallery in each room. We were really excited for it. But alas, it was not meant to be. We stayed for one night, and the daytime temperature was 30degrees Celsius, and the hotel had no fans or air conditioning. They had two windows in the room to open, but there were a variety of Irish bars at the end of the street, so if the windows were open, you would hear all of that noise. But if the windows were closed, you’d over heat from the humidity. It was a lose-lose situation. The staff were friendly and inviting.

Interesting hotel! We were there 3 nights in a heatwave so lack of ac was noticeable but fans provided. There was not enough storage for cloths luggage. But location great. Staff excellent friendly and helpful and source of great advice for where to eat etc.

Location was good and pretty close to city center and restaurant nearby. Very disappointed by the actual hotel and room itself though. No elevators, had to carry our large luggage up a flight of stairs with no assistance offered. The front reception lady who works there during the week (not weekend, that lady was great), was very cold and frankly came off pretty rude, even with the basics, it is not like we were asking anything of her. The room itself was something else, we got the "time machine" room and it felt pretty crammed and a bit dirty. For example, the red stain on the wall right behind our headboard where we slept was gross. Not sure how no one caught that and didn't clean it off. Would not stay here again, the pictures were unfortunately pretty misleading.

Girlfriends 21st
We had a really nice stay at the hotel, the lady on the front desk was really helpful, she booked us a taxi back to the airport as we hadn’t booked one. I’d emailed the hotel prior to ask them if they’d put chocolates in the room as it was my girlfriend’s 21st birthday they did! I went to pay for them after and they told me not to worry as it was a present from them. Thank you very much to the manager. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
