Noise
The wife and I had driven 18 hour to arrive at hotel around 8pm. Went straight to bed and could not sleep due to the TV noise in the room next to us and a herd of elephants on the floor over us. Figured it would stop around 10, but got a call that we were the making noise. I have to give them credit for trying to find it. It was late before we were able to sleep. I had always had good stays until this one, must have skipped on sound proofing. Everything else was as expected.

We had an overall great stay and enjoyed the snow! The only downside was that they didn’t salt the sidewalks or the parking lot so it became very slippery from ice.

In a nicer area of Flagstaff, easy access to freeway. Fairly new building and property. Has EV charging station. Spacious room, microwave, coffee maker, fridge are a plus when traveling with kids. Next to a nice restaurant, a clean gas station with a nice car wash service and convenience store. More choices for breakfast even during pandemic.

Great location.Quiet even with the freeway in sight. Very clean, comfortable. Front desk crew were really great, very friendly. The breakfast consisted of premade and wrapped burritos and they were truly awful (no fault of the kitchen...the ingredients were just not good). The coffee was great though. We'd stay again for sure...just wouldn't count on the breakfast. To be fair I realize covid played a big part in what could be offered.
