I stayed at this hotel which is my normal hotel spot for the past couple months as I have visited regularly. This time I wokeup early in the morning to move my, I found a parking spot in the parking lot of the hotel and I did park there. Not being notified of a charge for parking I proceeded to my room. I have never found parking at this hotel so I was excited to have parking so close that when I checkout I can walk directly to my car. When I checked out my car had a boot. I went to the front where I encountered Roman, the representative in charge.He was very nasty. Made me feel like I wasn't welcome as a guest at my favorite hotel. He then said after I explained myself clearly because it was such a battle for me to explain myself because he did not want to hear it. After I gave hm my ID and explained I walways come there he then said I can pay for parking as I was pleading to pay because no one had said I had to pay for parking nor were there any signs saying there was a fee. He agreed that I can pay the parking fee. Then I returned downstairs with my guest and he then says no I have to pay $50. There was so much back and forth for a fee I would have just paid if I were informed of the parking fee. For a hotel that I visit quite frequently I was turned off by the service from Roman. I overheard him arguing with someone over his personal phone and not a phone of the hotel and I think he may have just been upset but to take that out on a loyal customer is not right.

This hotel says they have on site parking. The onsite parking had 10!!! spots. And there was never anywhere to park on the street of course. I went to this hotel for that reason. False advertising for sure. This hotel also said pet friendly. No grass anywhere for pets to use.....

This Hyatt was in a great location. Neighborhood has everything or easy access to area.Small parking lot was a godsend if you’re crazy enough to drive in like I was😂 Was very clean and comfortable. Safe neighborhood for single travelers
