Lleras mediocre.
Hot room with small window with no screen for ventalation. Wifi iffy. Shower not so clean, and water either hot or cold. Premium a misnomer for certain. Great location. Staff very helpful. Early check was much appreciated.

Wi-fi should be improved for a pretty good hotel!
Service and staff are excellent. The location is perfect but expect it to be noisy because it is right on the park. This is not a knock on the hotel!. My only concern is the extremely poor wi-fi connectivity. It is bad. The internet would connect for three to five minutes and disconnect. That was my only issue. I shared my concern with the front desk prior to checking out. I hope they shared it with management. My friends and I are returning in September. I hope the issue will be resolved. Great location, great staff and service. Terrible wi-fi internet connection. I connected to Gusto nightclub wi-fi to watch netflix and check emails during the day. Otherwise my stay was pretty good!

Great location! Right in the centre of all the action, like bars, lounges and clubs. NO HOT WATER. It was annoying because of that. My room was small, but they have bigger ones, so try to request for the biggest room possible. Otherwise, it's worth the value. :-)
