Wonderful stay! The property is very close to Athens Airport, yet it feels like a peaceful country retreat. The room was exceptionally cozy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with high-end amenities. Communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. I can’t wait to return the next time I’m in Athens!

It’s an out-of-the-way place that makes you feel like you’re in a new world. You’re close to the airport but feel like you’re in a bit of heaven. There’s a lovely church in front of the home. Vineyards around the building it was a lovely stay.

What a great stay we had at Varaba Country House! After a few days in the hectic crowds of Athens, it was refreshing to be in the quiet countryside among the fig, grape, olive and pistachio trees. The old charming church across the street was locked, so we didn't get to see inside. We enjoyed the hospitality, and we had the homemade dinner offered as an add on. (There are no restaurants within walking distance) Dinner was delicious as was the included breakfast. We had an early morning flight to another island from the Athens airport, and the hotel was only about 15 minutes by taxi which we arranged with the hotel in advance. Such a great stay!

Amazing value for the price. A good overnight place to stat for those flying out of ATH the next day or so. Say yes to their prix fix dinner for €25 which is full course with great home cooked meal with choice of drink. The only thing is this place is so isolated from any nearest restaurants or town. This makes it a great escape for relaxation and fresh country air in the midst of vineyards and olive tree farms. You have to unfortunately book a taxi online to get there and back to the airport. They do have cats in the property so always keep uour door closed and make sure you are not allergic. But I would rebook again, great property otherwise.

After staying in several larger cities, the peaceful atmosphere of Veraba Country House was lovely. Just what we needed to relax! The room was clean and comfortable, customer service was excellent, breakfast on the patio was amazing and we really appreciated transportation services that they provided. Our driver, Vasilis, was wonderful!! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very quiet and peaceful stay. Just stayed for one night but communication with the host was excellent and they provided a ride from and to the airport for a very fair price. Breakfast in the morning was simple but excellent. Very clean and comfortable house. Would stay again.

Beautiful place in the middle of olive and pistachio groves! Room was excellent with our own private patio. The owner was great, she had her driver pick us up from the port and take us to the property. He even took us back and forth to the nearby coastal town snd then took us to the airport which is only 15 minutes from the property, There is a small beautiful 800 year old church across from the property, They even provided a traditional Greek dinner to for a very reasonable cost! Great place-would to have loved to have stayed longer if possible.
