Poor 2.0
the Bad outnumbers the Good for this hotel
The Good: hotel looks quite new, towels are new. hotel has onsen for free. Shower room concept is nice. by putting the shower area and bath tub side by side, the shower area feels bigger. if you are a baseball fan, you will like this hotel cos the hotel is just in front of the baseball stadium and there is a clear view of the stadium from the hotel lobby (level 9). you can watch live baseball game from the hotel lobby if the game is before sundown as the window is covered at night time to avoid distracting the baseball players. The Bad: one thing i can describe at least the hotel room and the laundry room is VERY DUSTY in our hotel room, from the window to the walls, there are a lot of dust. in the laundry room, there are dust in every washing machine. clothes also get dusty when you wash in the washing machine. i think this is due to poor maintenance. this did not happen in a Funabashi hotel we stayed which has the same concept of laundry room. the dryers are also very dusty. i guess the dryer filters were never cleaned as well as the laundry room. the room is very small for triple. i believe the room is only double and they will just add a bed if you book triple. when you open one baggage, there is no more walking space. you cannot open more than 1 baggage at a time. the hotel checkout time is 11am and late checkout is charged 1500 yen per hour! if you are more than 2 people staying, i recommend you don't stay in this hotel.

Quick overnight stay
My stay was only an overnight one, but it was a good hotel. As an American, the room was smaller than what I'm used to but I was in no way uncomfortable. It was perfect for relaxing after a very long flight since it was quiet all through the night. Would stay here again.
