You can hardly beat the location of this property if you are going to walk to all the tourist areas. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We had a very spacious two bed two bath unit. I wish the unit had a book of “how to work” things like the TV/Cable. I did have to call guest services and they were very responsive and helpful. Very comfortable for our 4 night stay.

The property was in a great location. The building was very nice. Our unit had several issues. Light bulbs burnt out. Broken Light. Carpet needed to be stretch. Not enough towels for 4 people. The hanging lights and the AC registers had thick dust. The beds were almost on the floor no head or foot boards plus the sheets did not fit the bed. The living room furniture was not comfortable. This was not the unit I booked on line. The staff was pretty good at taking care of things when I would text or call them. I paid a nice price for this place and was very disappointed in all the things that needed to be taken care of.

Location was excellent close to the main sights and numerous restaurants. Apartment was spacious, quiet excellent facilities. Also great to have a swimming pool on site. Easy check in no hassle. Would stay again and would recommend.

Ok Stay
The receptionist at check-in wasn't friendly. It took awhile for us to check-in, over 30min. Rooms had carpeting and they weren't that clean. A lot of stains. The size of the apartment was great. Having two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a full kitchen was good.

Great deal in a great neighborhood
We got an entire 2 bedroom apartment for the price of a double room, in a fantastic neighborhood. The until was clean and well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens for all four of us to shower and use the pool. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and very clean. The neighborhood has great restaurants, and is within walking distance of many memorials, museums and the National Mall.
