Awesome room
This was the typical Tokyo small, but very comfortable. Bed was actually the softest from the hotels I stayed at. 1 draw back was the pillows, they were really flat. The hotel is in a great location just around the block from all the excitement in Akihabara. Staff was really friendly also, they helped me find and point me the way to train station and gave me advice on reaching the airport.

Very nice hotel
Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. While the room was smaller than expected, it was clean and comfortable, and in a great location to all shopping and transportation. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Exceptional 10.0
Loved the hotel and especially the area it was located. My only gripe with the hotel was the pillow, or lack there of. Of course on my last day I see that you can borrow one from the front desk. That small problem that's easy to fix didn't detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel. Already booked another trip in September with the same hotel.

Very Good 8.0
Small but fit for purpose
Reception were very helpful, allowing us to store our suitcases for a few days before we checked in whilst we travelled outside of Tokyo. Room was too hot and stuffy initially, heating is automatically on for the current season in Japan, however the reception desk worker was helpful and changed the AC setting for us. (Still stuffy without AC but fine with it on) Room is small, but comfortable and clean. Extra pillows are available if you need them (however are sometimes limited). Enjoyed our stay and would return again. Thank you :)
