Words would be lacking to describe this hotel, for me the best I have visited in my life, from beauty, cleanliness, hygiene, service, etc ... in this hotel. the elegance in the restaurants at dinner time, the other establishments that it has such as the "three beers" bar, the Café "similar to Starbucks's but much better", the variety of restaurants such as Italian, Asian, seafood, meats, etc ..., the 2 beaches, all the pools including the private area for those of us who stayed in the turquoise tower, everything, the truth was that everything was first class. And I want to take this opportunity to offer my sincere wishes of gratitude to our butlers, especially Sandra, thank you for all the surprises that you helped me prepare for my girlfriend's birthday, and all the reservations and specials that you got us and for always being present from us. And if God allows it at the beginning of next year we will be there again.

I had to leave a review for this hotel to let everyone know that is an amazing hotel in Cancun. I am a repeat customer and it does not fail to amaze me how friendly, clean and just perfect this hotel is with amazing staff. Overall this hotel has it all, great pools, beach area is just perfect! Food is amazing, friendly and awesome staff. Very attentive, helpful and how they cleaning and safely measures were followed to the top. I will definitely make this hotel my favorite spot from now on. I don't usually like to go back to the same places since I like to try new places all the time, but this hotel has my number spot. I would like to thank all the hotel staff at the restaurants, lobby, bar, pool area and beach area for an amazing time.

My husband and I had such a great time here. The staff was incredible. Very kind and attentive. The bartenders at dips and sips also made our trip very enjoyable. We are definitely coming back here on our next vacation. Also, the food was amazing.

My favorite part was the butler services. At checkin they got us to download an app to text through for free. Anything we needed we would text and it was handled instantly. They provided updates daily with any information we might need to know.
