Palazzo del Duca is one of the nicest, most beautiful and enchanting places we’ve ever stayed. The personnel are extremely pleasant and helpful. We would stay again and n a heartbeat.

Very Good
The hotel itself is beautiful, and in a beautiful part of Matera. But it needs some improvements...the room was very hot while the plunge pool was cold. There were ants. The faucets didn't work particularly well. There was only one open-faced rubbish bin, and no coffee-making facilities. BUT the location is fantastic, the staff were friendly, and Matera itself is well worth a visit!

Nei Sassi
La struttura in mezzo ai Sassi, subito sotto la Cattedrale e’ modernissima ed ha molto charme. Siamo stati accolti con calore e Simpatia da Erica che ci ha organizzato in pochi minuti la visita al FAI, dato che il giorno successivo sarebbe stato chiuso. La camera standard era più che accogliente e la colazione , in una sala da film, abbondante e di qualità

Buen hotel, buena atención, buena vista
El hotel súper buen situado y con una vista espectacular desde el segundo piso , aunque hay que subir y bajar algunas escaleras a mi parecer valió la pena, la persona de recepción me contesto siempre muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento para ubicarnos y poder llegar al hotel aunque debes entrar al centro histórico para eso y es un poquito estresante si manejas por la cantidad de turistas qué hay en las calles
