Hotel very nice. It was clean. It’s definitely for business trips more than for mightily in San Francisco but driving to the city wasn’t that bad either
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The finishes and hotel design were modern and elegant without being pretentious. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the room was impeccably clean. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, and everything was delicious. A special note of thanks to the staff who reached out prior to our trip to inquire about the purpose of our trip. We were greeted with a birthday card, macaroons and wine. It was a lovely gesture and made my birthday that much more special. I certainly hope to get the opportunity to return to California again soon, and when we do, we will definitely be staying at this hotel!
Amazing! New properties are always best and AC does not disappoint! The hotel was full but all was quiet. The Bayview view was serene and relaxing. Pillow fluffy, bed soft/firm, parking good. The bar and dining were open although I did not take advantage. The seemly happy staff was great too! I highly recommend it!

Pillows on bed were lumpy/worn out. Please replace them! Otherwise, the hotel was clean, modern, and spacious.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds, I drove from LA to San Francisco, my check in time was midnight. When I got there the receptionist said there was only a room available with1 king bed. Which that was not what I booked. We had to call Expedia and wait out in the coke until an hour later”magically” a room was available. The receptionist suggested that I cancel, she was not being helpful or trying to accommodate me. Why would she think it’s ok for her to give me which ever room she wanted, that’s why I payed upfront for a 2 queen bed. Horrible service at check in

We had a wonderful stay! The Hotel is gorgeous and was decorated beautifully. We didn't dine or get anything from the
