Great location for Hoi An old town
Nice accommodation on the river , close to old town but quiet . Staff were very accommodating allowing late checkout and room upgrades (it was very empty due to covid) . The breakfast was great . Condition could be improved as first room aircon was leaking , we were upgraded thereafter . Rooms were huge and bed was comfortable .

Excellent place. We have been coming to Hoi An for many years. This was not our first stay at Riverside White House Villa and will not be our last! We stayed 2 nights and we would have happily stayed longer. Lounging by the hotel riverside after breakfast before wandering the ancient town was marvelous ... And then lounging by the riverside with the pool in the afternoon again ... wonderful !

Fantastic family feel hotel, worth a stay!
10/10 for this fabulous hotel! Great location just 10 minutes walk along the river to the old Town, yet quiet enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were beyond fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for how welcome they made us feel. Nothing was too much trouble. They even helped us book airport transfers. Delicious, fresh breakfast. Fresh fruit and pastries, with hot breakfast to order. The room was on the 4th floor with a river view, just be aware this hotel doesn't have an elevator, however that seems to add to the charm of most places in Hoi An. The room was modern, clean and spacious. Due to the current health situation, I messaged the hotel via Facebook to double check they were still accepting bookings, they replied almost instantly with a welcoming reply. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to booking with you again in the near future.

Great hotel with excellent location
Great location on the river and within a five minute walk to the central market in the middle of town. Enormous room with hearty made to order breakfast. Very helpful staff who arranged transfers to Da Nang train station. Free bikes but watch out for the pesky fellow travellers who bagsy their bike by putting a towel in the shopping basket first thing! Overall, one of the best hotels on our trip with Hoi An being the highlight of the trip to Vietnam.

Great choice
This was a great place. Breakfast and cleanliness was good. The location is close enough to walk to main tourist areas. Also, the man at the front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The bed was a bit rigid, but that was the only slightly negative thing. I recommend this place.

The staff were so helpful and friendly!!! They booked a coconut boat tour for me and showed me all the tourist spots in the area. I didn’t know that they had rental bicycles for free but it was an amazing experience riding the bike along the river. Would love to visit again!
