Entire pool area smoking, not good for kids and family. In accordance with the RA, they are not in compliance. Had snacks leftover from the ferry ride over, tried to charge corkage lol! Management is non existent, Faith and Kim at front desk very unhelpful. Do not stay here -

The hotel does not acknowledge negative feedback. Only wanted to be praised. Room 209 - NO FRIDGE, NO HAIRDRYER, iron/ironing board - you pay 100 pesos per hour. They keep forgetting your daily complimentary water. If you ask for cold water, you pay corkage fees. There is no closet to hang your clothes, not a single drawer to put things safely. Room has a bookcase kinda shelves. I guess that is where you stash your clothes or just leave it in your suitcase. Very poor value for money. We stayed for 6 agonizing days here. Aircon is very noisy and may have contributed to my sickness because it flows directly onto your head and chest. The hallways has no air flowing at all and as soon as you get out of your room – you inhale the very hot air. Staff are quite pleasant but the hotel is poorly equipped. You might as well stay in your neighbor’s house and rent one of the rooms. There is a kettle in the room but the tap water is yellowish-brown (same as shower). How can you boil that? Most of all – only mirror is in the bathroom. When one is getting ready, you can’t use the mirror when another is having a shower. Nowhere to hang handtowels. No facetowels provided. How can a hotel not have clear water when even the poor people have clean and clear water supply in their homes?

Location is great, Staff are very helpful. I would stay again in this property.

I booked my friend a room for 2. But when they checked in, the couple was charged an additional 900 pesos. The booking clearly stated that the booking is for two persons. This is bad management, will no longer book and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Nice hotel with very good location, we had a small suite and it was perfect, wifi not so good from time to time, had to share internet from my cellphone. Breakfast is not good, very small portions and very poor service, had to remind waitress to bring me what I orded, save your money and eat breakfast outside, even Jollybee probably have better breakfast.

Extra charges on requested items like pillows, on a 3rd guest ..

Water is leaking from the ceiling when it was raining hard during our 1 night stay. Water was all over the floor, the bed sheet and mattress got wet and all they did was to put a small pail/bucket to catch the drip. They didn't even asked or they didn't even bother to transfer us to another room. Very inconvenient especially when you have kids with you.
