Rooms are clean, breakfast good, excellent location, I prefer that Sauna was open more, but when I requested it was open. Friendly staff always ready to help. Sure will stay again.

Nice stay
Hotel good. Reception area quite small for a four star. Room good size. Hotel in centre and close to shops and restaurants. There should have been a note for potential guests about the massive construction of team/train works in centre. If you are arriving by car it is a bit of a hassle. Hotel is on a non parking street and there is only a small space to stop on the pavement outside the hotel. Other than that had a brilliant time.

Wonderful Stay!
Had a great stay, the staff was welcoming and very helpful. It's right across the street from the Marketplatz so plenty of shopping and eats in walking distance and the palace is only a couple blocks away. The room was cozy, love the free mini bar, the big bath towels, comfortable bed, and the room darkening blinds with the control right next to the bed was a huge bonus! I was disappointed that the spa wasn't open, but I also was highly impressed with the breakfast options! Due to the inability to have breakfast in the dining area, they offer room service or take away at no additional cost!! And they still had the normal selection of foods.

I have research collaborations with the KIT and always stay at here when I visit. Great place, good breakfast, perfect location a short walk from campus through the palace grounds, and terrific staff.

The property is old, not very well maintained and the room was very small, hard to locate two suitcases. The bathroom not very well maintained.
