Very Good 8.0
Great location and nice staff.
Nice staff and great location. Very easy to access mass transportation. Room is comparative to other hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast was good and nice assortment to choose from in regards to Western or Asian breakfast.

Noisy Vent! Couldn't sleep and missed my meeting!
The first night, I couldn't sleep at all! The vent was so loud, it felt like someone was cleaning the whole night! The next day we were moved to a similar sized room, but it was actually smaller than the room I booked.

Very Good 8.0
Good hotel with weak breakfast
Overall it is a good hotel with good service located in a nice business district. However the breakfast performance was very weak. It finishes at 9:30. if you go at 9AM, you will hardly find anything in good condition / quantity to eat, Miso soup would be cold if some left. Breakfast varieties are very limited.
