Perfect place to stay in the old town. Room in a beautiful old building with a great rooftop garden. Really enjoyed our stay here. Eleutheria really looked after us and was a fantastic host. The complementary bottle of her families own wine was absolutely delicious.

This was one of the best hotels in which I have stayed..ever! Great hosts, clean, exceptionally comforable, well taken care of and the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome & wanted. Great neighborhood too. Love, love, love this place.

Amazing stay for our honeymoon, we were very welcomed and shown great hospitality, including complimentary wine from their very own vineyard! We will definitely be back. Chania is beautiful and we fell in love with Crete.

Palazzo di Pietro is a charming small hotel situated in a nice area of the Old Town. Shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance, as well as the harbor. The proprietor is very helpful with suggestions on things to do, and is very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

An old family owned and run town house in a central part of the old town. The owners were very friendly and attentive.

We had such a lovely stay. The location is excellent although we found parking quite stressful. We were told a ton if useful information upon arrival, and especially appreciated the personalized touches in the room and fridge full of fruit and drinks. Bed was comfy and the shower was also the best we had out of our 9 hotels on the the trip! Bathroom had been renovated very nicely. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is a lovely conversion of an historic Venetian Palazzo and just a short walk from the bus station. While it is located in the historic district it was very quiet and we were able to get the sleep we needed to adjust to the time change. We had just little problem finding the location as Google maps has problems with small pedestrian alleyways that aren't registered as roads. This is not unique to this property and GPS co-ordinates would be helpful. Our room was small but very tastefully appointed. The hostess was very welcoming and we are particularly grateful for her help with the translation and assistance for a pharmacy need. The assistants on the front desk were also very welcoming and helpful. For travellers who want to enjoy the beach, the hotel offered sun umbrellas, sun block and beach towels. The room was beautifully made up every morning with a little surprise. The olive oil formulated shampoo that is supplied is really a lovely product and far beyond any other hotel shampoo. Thank you for such a warm welcome to Crete.

Our second visit and we hope not our last. Eleuthera is a perfect host and her friendly welcome once again set the scene for a wonderful stay. Lots of personal touches including complementary wine, raki and fruit in this historic building in old town Chania with the harbour and a wide range of bars/restaurants nearby. Very good value for money and HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Eleutheria (and to your lovely staff and family)

Staff was so friendly and helpful! So memorable. It was a bit of a trek to the free parking lot but a non issue if you are prepared. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this enchanting home. The attention to detail was amazing! Our lovely host, Eleuthera was so kind. She shared her family’s history as well as the Palazzos past. The rooftop garden was my Favorite. Thank you so very much for making our stay in Chania so special!
